Hawaii: Waikiki from Diamond Head

After a six hour flight from Los Angeles, you arrive in Honolulu, the capital of the state of Hawaii, where I would be spending the next two weeks and also trying out my new wide-angle lens I bought for the occasion.  I'm hoping the lens will allow me to capture the scenery even better!

A couple miles down from all the hustle and bustle of maddening Waikiki lies Diamond Head, which is a crater next to the sea that is a state park with hiking trials if you want to take a break from the beach to climb to its summit.  Below is a photo of Waikiki from the summit of Diamond Head.  As you can see, the view is well worth the sweat to get to the summit.
