I decided I wanted to see the British Army's foot guards with the bearskin hats, and they are not as easy to see as you think. ChatGPT told me that the best place to see them at the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace. I had not been to the Changing of the Guards since I was a teenager, usually avoiding these types of spots when I visit London, but I decided to give it a whirl and go check it out. I arrived 40 mins early, as ChatGPT suggested, to get a good viewing space. And I have to say, ChatGPT was wrong. It was nowhere near early enough. The crowds were already huge. But I was able to slither into a somewhat decent viewing spot to see the Changing of the Guards and enjoy their music.
