London: Maida Vale

I'm starting to love close-up photos.  They can make the most dull setting look beautiful.  Above are plants that are growing out of the bottom of a brick wall in Maide Vale in London.

London: Photography course in Richmond Park

I took a one-day beginners introduction to photography course with Chris Bell Photography course in London.  I chose this course because it was a full-day of intensive learning for beginners.  It was a small group and after learning the practical in the studio, the class goes out into Richmond Park and shoots photos together, where you get feedback and tips from the instructor as well as putting what you learned into practice.

Above are the photos that I took... in manual mode (!!!)... in the practical section of the course.  They are from Richmond Park, which was a great place to shoot and so much scenery for taking photos.

London: Little Venice

Little Venice Canals in Maida Vale.  I'm still shooting in auto-mode.  But I've signed up for a class to learn how to shoot manual shots next weekend.

California: La Jolla

La Jolla is a wonderful little village just north of San Diego.  Below are photos of some of the Palm Trees and the Sunset over the La Jolla coast.
